Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are also necessary.
The Web Experience Director will lead the strategic vision and execution of the company's digital presence, driving a transformative web experience. Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive web experience strategy, leading digital transformation initiatives, defining KPIs, and driving innovation. The role involves leading end-to-end UX initiatives, implementing a data-driven conversion optimization strategy, and developing AI Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies for AI search engines and chatbots. Additionally, the Director will manage external contractors, collaborate with internal teams, oversee analytics and performance tools, own the website architecture, technical SEO, and platform performance, and manage vendor relationships and technology stacks.
