Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive experience in web strategy, content marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record in managing website optimization across SEO, CRO, and user experience. Experience leading teams, managing agencies/contractors, and strong analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with content strategy, SEO tools, analytics platforms, A/B testing frameworks, Webflow or similar CMS, accessibility, UX best practices, and paid/organic performance marketing is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, along with a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, and experience leading large-scale web projects.

Responsibilities

The Head of Web Strategy will define and lead a unified website vision connecting SEO, CRO, content, and user experience into a single revenue-driving engine. They will own the roadmap for web experimentation and optimization, oversee SEO and organic growth strategy, and ensure all website pages maximize activation, bookings, and business impact. This includes developing and owning a comprehensive web strategy aligned to business goals, leading SEO and CRO specialists, overseeing web development projects, running a data-driven CRO program, scaling SEO and organic growth through content strategy, and establishing performance reporting for the website.
