Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 8 years of progressive experience in product strategy, digital design, and/or technology experience leadership for large organizations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments is required, along with strong knowledge of technology experience standards, digital tools, and enterprise strategies. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential. Preferred experience includes demonstrated success transforming enterprise technology experiences for employees/associates, a track record in leveraging data and insights for sustained product improvement, and 3+ years of technology product management and/or digital/service design leadership experience.

Responsibilities

The Director of Strategy Advancement will provide visionary leadership across product, experience design, and insights functions to enhance the end-to-end technology experience for Humana associates. This role will drive strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of technology solutions and platforms, collaborating with enterprise teams to align priorities and deliver measurable improvements. Key responsibilities include setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ATX products and services, partnering with IT, HR, and business/IT segment leaders, driving human-centered design practices, overseeing the product lifecycle, leading research and analytics functions to gather actionable insights, translating insights into prioritized opportunities, promoting a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, and building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team.
