The AI Search & SEO Manager will own and evolve Zip's organic search strategy, including traditional SEO and AI-powered discovery, and build and prioritize a quarterly SEO + AIO roadmap across site structure, internal linking, schema, Core Web Vitals, and semantic search. Responsibilities include leading keyword, intent, and entity analysis, developing strategies to increase Zip's visibility across AI platforms, driving initiatives to produce engaging SEO and AIO-optimized content, and collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to optimize campaign landing pages and blog content. The role also involves monitoring search performance, reporting on rankings, traffic, and conversions, and staying ahead of trends in AI search behavior, algorithmic shifts, and evolving SERP features.
