This is a full-time, remote position with a fully flexible workplace policy. Candidates should be located within 60 miles of hubs in SF Bay Area, San Diego, NYC Metro Area, Denver, Houston, Calgary, or Toronto to foster in-person connections.
The role requires expertise in leading development activities to comply with federal, state, and municipal regulations for water supply, wastewater, natural gas generation, and datacenter development. Experience in due diligence, discretionary permit processing, acquisition, and pre-construction permit implementation for natural resources, pipeline, and combustion infrastructure is essential.
