Requirements

2+ years of product management experience in enterprise software
Strong preference for experience in the utility industry
Systems thinker with the ability to connect customer experience, data, and operational workflows into coherent, scalable products
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX and data science
Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track key success metrics

Responsibilities

Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products within the Vertically Integrated product group
Partner with utilities, client delivery, and internal product teams to identify key needs and prioritize impactful solutions
Translate insights from real-world utilities into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics
Develop, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap, ensuring delivery within timelines
Work closely with engineering to build, test, and refine products
Drive a best-in-class user experience
Comfort engaging with clients during sales, discovery, and delivery
