Candidates must have previous experience successfully prospecting over a large geographical region, and this is an individual contributor sales position that requires a high degree of autonomy, activity, and attention to detail.
The Small-Medium Government Account Executive will work within the Local Government Sales Team and focus on new cross-sell sales opportunity creation and win, selling to new and existing client partners within public utilities. They will drive sales generation, foster market expansion within the designated territory, collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure a robust lead pipeline and effective lead nurturing, craft and communicate compelling value propositions, facilitate collaborative selling opportunities with partners, lead pursuit teams for larger-scale opportunities, guide and educate prospects through the purchasing journey, and develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan aimed at surpassing predefined sales targets.
