Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering construction projects on time, on budget, with high customer satisfaction
  • Attends coordination meetings as needed to ensure site readiness progresses appropriately
  • Defines site specific installation requirements
  • Collaborates with internal resources to determine production lead times
  • Schedules and outlines installation implementation plan
  • Coordinates in house and third-party equipment integration
  • Performs post-install quality review ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Supports outside sales with product specifications and technical support
  • Maintains pre-installation and rough-in information for 3rd party contractors
  • Displays strong leadership skills in overseeing Product implementation projects
  • Provides excellent communication skills to build consensus and influence others
  • Proactively identifies, communicates, and resolves customer issues
  • Regularly communicates the status of multiple projects to stakeholders
  • Utilize effective change management best practices
  • Proactively identifies out of scope opportunities
  • Assists in measuring customer satisfaction
  • Focuses on meeting or exceeding established project metrics
