Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
An understanding of construction and previous experience with medical equipment is a plus
Experience managing capital equipment projects is a plus
5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to proactively seek out future pitfalls and develop strategies to mitigate or avoid setbacks
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills to build consensus and influence others across multiple internal and customer organizations
Ability to manage customer issues in a proactive manner and provide customer-focused solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast (75%)

Responsibilities

Delivering construction projects on time, on budget, with high customer satisfaction
Attending coordination meetings as needed to ensure site readiness progresses appropriately
Defining site specific installation requirements
Collaborating with internal resources to determine production lead times
Scheduling and outlining installation implementation plan
Coordinating in house and third-party equipment integration (i.e., video cables, custom monitor mounts, etc.)
Performing post-install quality review ensuring customer satisfaction
Supporting outside sales with product specifications and technical support
Maintaining pre-installation and rough-in information for 3rd party contractors
Displaying strong leadership skills in overseeing Product implementation projects
Proactively identifying, communicating, and resolving customer issues that threaten the success of the project both internally and at the customer site
Regularly communicating the status of multiple projects to customer project and ‘C’ level management, Baxter senior management, and internal project team members
Utilizing effective change management best practices in leading product implementation projects
Proactively identifying out of scope opportunities during the execution of implementation projects and pursuing them in concert with the appropriate team members
Assisting in measuring customer satisfaction during and after installations
Focusing on meeting or exceeding established project metrics, including pre-install planning, risks/potential issues and risk mitigation strategies, project delivery and closeout
