Position Overview

bswift is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Vice President, Service Delivery to lead, manage, and inspire a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to a portfolio of clients representing $15,000,000 or more in annualized recurring revenue (ARR). This role is crucial in transforming benefits administration, making it simpler, smarter, and more human for millions of people nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the health of the overall client book to deliver outstanding client retention and satisfaction.
  • Hire and equip great people who reflect bswift's core values.
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
  • Forecast and manage staffing levels and associated expenses.
  • Continuously refine and improve operations practices.
  • Lead governance on overall client relationships, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Build relationships with clients through ongoing governance and personal discussions across the full client portfolio.
  • Coordinate with bswift call center, COBRA/FSA, and billing teams.
  • Directly manage one or more key client relationships while maintaining governance relationships with all other clients.
  • Actively participate as a member of the Sales & Service Leadership Team.
  • Assist in product development and quality assurance efforts as required.
  • Assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Other Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing client relationships within the benefits administration industry.
  • 10+ years of experience consulting with clients and developing new benefit strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of employee benefits and related technology solutions.
  • A leadership style that reflects and reinforces bswift core values.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems.
  • Significant health & welfare client relationship management experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20% of the work week and weekends when necessary).
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
