Requirements

The Vice President, Service Delivery position requires 10+ years’ experience managing client relationships within the benefit administration industry, 10+ years’ experience consulting with clients and developing new benefit strategies, deep knowledge of employee benefits and related technology solutions, a leadership style that reflects and reinforces bswift core values, strong people management skills, the ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems, significant health & welfare client relationship management experience, a strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary. Additionally, a B.A. or B.S. degree is required, and the candidate must be willing to travel up to 20% of the work week and on weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Vice President, Service Delivery is to lead, manage, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding client retention and satisfaction for a book of clients representing $15,000,000 and greater in annualized recurring revenue (ARR). Specific responsibilities include managing the health of the client book, hiring and equipping team members, leading and managing the team to achieve goals, forecasting and managing staffing levels and expenses, continuously refining operations practices, leading governance on client relationships and exceeding expectations, building client relationships, coordinating with various internal teams, directly managing key client relationships, participating in Sales & Service Leadership Team activities, assisting in product development and quality assurance, and assisting in sales and marketing efforts as needed.
