Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations is required, along with strong technical skills in the typical Revenue Operations Tech Stack. Familiarity with leading Revenue Operations KPIs in the SaaS software environment and proven project management experience optimizing system infrastructure are essential. Management experience leading an operations and systems team is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The VP, Revenue Operations will lead the entire Operations Team and manage the corresponding Tech Stack, reporting to the CRO. This role involves partnering with executive leadership to create and manage processes, forecasting, and budgeting to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include optimizing existing processes and tools, establishing and leading the deal desk function, and presenting data and insights to senior leadership. The VP will define and improve reporting strategies, dashboards, and own all systems and tools related to sales and marketing processes, with SFDC as the central hub. Key duties also include leading sales planning, execution, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, compensation, and strategic analysis, as well as managing the Salesforce Administration team to support various departments.
