Requirements

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in brand, marketing, and product design, with proven experience leading and mentoring design teams. A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, marketing design, and digital product UI/UX is required, along with experience in campaign creative, event branding, social content, and digital advertising. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) is necessary, as is familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Slack, and Asana, and experience with design systems in agile environments. Experience in sports, esports, entertainment, or media, and motion design or broadcast graphics experience are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Director of Creative Services will lead design strategy and execution across brand, marketing, and product initiatives, serving as both a hands-on lead designer and manager of the creative team. This role involves creating marketing assets for various channels, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to shape creative vision, and delivering cohesive branded experiences.
