Extensive B2B SaaS experience, particularly in growth-stage startups or scale-ups, is required, and Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience is a plus. A proven history of developing and enhancing revenue operations functions, processes, and technology stacks is essential, along with strong analytical skills in forecasting, modeling, and data visualization. Hands-on experience with key go-to-market tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Outreach/Salesloft, Gainsight, and Looker is necessary. The role demands the ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both executives and frontline teams, coupled with a builder's mindset for problem-solving and creating clarity in ambiguous situations.
The VP of Revenue Operations will architect and operate systems, processes, and insights to power the go-to-market engine, partnering cross-functionally to drive revenue and enable revenue teams for scale. Key responsibilities include defining and operationalizing revenue strategy, aligning teams around shared goals and KPIs, leading revenue planning, and partnering on pricing and monetization strategies. The role involves building and maturing scalable processes, identifying and implementing improvements, and standardizing handoffs across the revenue lifecycle. Owning the GTM tech stack, evaluating and optimizing tools, and ensuring data governance are crucial. Additionally, the VP will build reporting and forecasting models, deliver actionable insights on funnel performance and key revenue metrics, establish the RevOps org's vision, serve as a trusted advisor, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and lead change-management initiatives.
