Position Overview

TetraScience is seeking an elite product marketing leader for its suite of next-generation lab data management products. This role is responsible for the product definition, packaging, pricing, promotion, and partnering strategies for these products, working closely with a product management peer. The ideal candidate will be an uncompromising and results-driven leader passionate about transforming scientific data into AI-native data to accelerate and improve scientific outcomes.

  • Market Understanding: Expert in the lab data management market, with formative years focused on the digitalization of the life sciences laboratory.
  • Visionary: Unaccepting of the status quo (data silos, point-to-point integrations, lack of visionary data strategy). You strive to make every piece of data accessible, findable, interoperable, and reusable through a cloud-first, modern data and AI stack.
  • Disruptive Mindset: You understand that replatforming and reengineering scientific data is crucial for unlocking advanced scientific and operational outcomes and enabling Scientific AI.
  • Self-Discipline: Essential for success in the category creation and evangelism phase, requiring extreme self-discipline and determination.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product definition, packaging, pricing, promotion, and partnering strategies for TetraScience's suite of next-generation lab data management products.
  • Collaborate closely with product management peers.
  • Lead product marketing efforts to disrupt the status quo in the life sciences lab informatics market.
  • Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
