Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, working with clients such as J&J, Pfizer, Merck, GSK, or agencies like PHM, Initiative, or vendors like IQVIA, Veeva, Ips. A thorough understanding of HCP and patient-level test and control measurement across multiple marketing channels, including POC, digital, Linear TV, and OTT, is essential, as is familiarity with Marketing Mix Models. Expertise in commissioning qualitative and quantitative research studies, identifying trends, and staying current with industry changes like marketing mix modeling adoption is required. Strong written and oral communication skills are a must for representing the company, participating in panels, and authoring content. Experience in building client relationships within the Pharma, Biotech, and HC Retail sectors is necessary. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Sales Enablement, and Pricing is also a key requirement.

Responsibilities

The Vice President, Insights & Enablement will lead a team responsible for campaign measurement and market research, analyzing the sales impact of point-of-care marketing campaigns. This role involves conducting primary market research, customer satisfaction assessments, and evaluating business impact for clients, presenting findings to guide future campaign improvements. The VP will serve as a thought leader, presenting results, participating in industry conferences, media discussions, and authoring content to enhance the company's market position. Responsibilities also include developing strategic client engagements, identifying key decision-makers, and educating clients to build confidence in the company's solutions. The VP will contribute to the innovation of measurement solutions and specialized capabilities, establishing a subject matter expert reputation. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal departments to support client renewals, upsells, and pricing proposals, as well as working with data science and data operations teams to drive automation and leverage ML models.
