A thorough understanding of HCP and patient-level test and control measurement across multiple marketing channels, including POC, digital, Linear TV, and OTT, is essential, as is familiarity with Marketing Mix Models. Expertise in commissioning qualitative and quantitative research studies, identifying trends, and staying current with industry changes like marketing mix modeling adoption is required. Strong written and oral communication skills are a must for representing the company, participating in panels, and authoring content. Experience in building client relationships within the Pharma, Biotech, and HC Retail sectors is necessary. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Sales Enablement, and Pricing is also a key requirement.
The Vice President, Insights & Enablement will lead a team responsible for campaign measurement and market research, analyzing the sales impact of point-of-care marketing campaigns.
