To support its vision, Turing is seeking high-performing Vice President's of Sales specializing in one of these sectors - (Pharma & Life Sciences / Hi-Tech / BFSI / Media & Telecom / Retail & Consumer Goods, and others) to drive strategic growth. These executives will play a pivotal role in expanding Turing’s footprint by acquiring enterprise clients, winning high-impact AI/engineering deals, and establishing long-term strategic relationships. These VP's will lead newly acquired accounts through an initial ramp-up period (approximately one year), laying the foundation for enduring partnerships. In parallel, the role will focus on sourcing new opportunities, and consistently scaling revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth in any of these sectors - Pharma & Life Sciences / Media & Telecom / Hi-Tech / Retail & Consumer Goods/ other growing markets.
  • Lead Turing’s market expansion by acquiring new enterprise clients, identifying untapped buying centers, and securing AI-driven engineering services contracts.
  • Achieve Financial Objectives: Meet or exceed annual performance goals, including bookings, revenue, and overall growth—expected to begin in the ~$3M- $5M range.
  • Be the Strategic Client Lead: Represent Turing as the primary relationship owner for prospective and newly secured accounts, setting the tone for long-term collaboration.
  • Originate & Close Complex Deals: Identify, qualify, and win transformative deals—both net-new and through expansion within existing accounts.
  • Accelerate New Account Maturity: Cultivate strong executive relationships, deepen engagement, and grow account value through proactive service expansion.
  • Shape Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and product leaders to craft a vertical-specific GTM strategy tailored to the needs of organizations.
  • Understand Industry Specific Challenges: Build a deep understanding of the regulatory, operational, and technological pain points within client organizations and align Turing’s solutions accordingly.
  • Establish Executive Trust: Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, Heads of R&D, IT, Data, and Digital Transformation teams to ensure client satisfaction and high NPS/CSAT scores.
  • Create Strategic Account Plans: Design and manage structured account strategies focused on growth, delivery excellence, and long-term client value.
  • Be a Cultural Leader: Represent and promote Turing’s values.
