Candidates are expected to drive strategic growth, acquire enterprise clients, and establish long-term relationships within these sectors. The role requires achieving annual performance goals, including bookings and revenue, with an initial target of $3M to $5M+ annually, and demonstrating expertise in complex deal origination and closing.
This position involves leading Turing’s market expansion by acquiring new enterprise clients, identifying buying centers, and securing AI/engineering services contracts, as well as accelerating new account maturity through proactive service expansion and cultivating executive relationships. The VP of Sales will also focus on shaping go-to-market strategies, understanding industry-specific challenges, establishing executive trust, creating strategic account plans, and representing Turing’s values as a cultural leader.
