Requirements

The Vice President of Sales should specialize in one of several sectors including Pharma & Life Sciences, Hi-Tech, BFSI, Media & Telecom, or Retail & Consumer Goods, and possess a strong understanding of the market landscape. Candidates are expected to drive strategic growth, acquire enterprise clients, and establish long-term relationships within these sectors. Responsibilities

This position involves leading Turing’s market expansion by acquiring new enterprise clients, identifying buying centers, and securing AI/engineering services contracts, as well as accelerating new account maturity through proactive service expansion and cultivating executive relationships. The VP of Sales will also focus on shaping go-to-market strategies, understanding industry-specific challenges, establishing executive trust, creating strategic account plans, and representing Turing’s values as a cultural leader.
