Requirements

The Regional Vice President -Life Sciences requires 5+ years of experience building and managing successful Enterprise sales teams in the software industry, a proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies for Life Sciences, including knowledge of Life Sciences procurement processes and regulations, outstanding leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud Go-To-Market strategies, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and experience with AI and automation technologies (preferred).

Responsibilities

As the Regional Vice President -Life Sciences, the candidate will spearhead a team of 7 enterprise sales executives, driving growth and success in the Life Sciences sector, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve company sales goals, coaching and motivating the team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless customer experiences, leveraging key customer relationships, implementing and refining sales processes, and representing the voice of Life Sciences clients and prospects while contributing to the UiPath product development strategy.
