Who We Are

Serve Robotics is comprised of tech industry veterans with expertise in software, hardware, and design. We are dedicated to solving real-world problems using robotics, machine learning, and computer vision, with a strong focus on the end-to-end user experience. Our team is agile, diverse, and collaborative, fostering a respectful environment for tackling complex challenges.

Position: Software Implementation Engineer

This role is crucial for ensuring our robotic delivery service operates smoothly in new cities. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams, develop necessary configuration interfaces, and create reusable runbooks for efficient market launches.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain internal UIs/APIs for populating datasets, managing configurations, and controlling feature flags for each city.
  • Analyze autonomy, mapping, and fleet-management codebases to identify tuning parameters and document their safe usage.
  • Collaborate with Expansion Operations to translate field insights into parameter adjustments and swift mitigations.
  • Scope technical work with the Expansion TPM, providing effort estimates, risk assessments, and rollout timelines.
  • Develop clear runbooks and dashboards to ensure repeatable and observable future deployments.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience, including proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python required).
