Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role, and an MBA is preferred. Proven experience leading product marketing in high-growth, customer-centric organizations, particularly with SMB or prosumer audiences, is a strong plus. Exceptional storytelling, strategic thinking, and analytical skills are essential, along with expertise in competitive analysis, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, be an inspirational leader with a builder/player-coach mindset, and be committed to talent development. Comfort in fast-paced environments and a track record of expanding market share internationally are also required.

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Product Marketing will define and drive the overarching product marketing strategy, serving as a key member of the leadership team to inform strategic decisions with market insights. Responsibilities include building and mentoring a high-performing product marketing team, leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts for product launches and updates, and partnering with Product, Growth, and Sales teams to drive user acquisition and retention. The role also involves owning pricing and packaging strategy, crafting compelling product positioning and messaging, and developing a customer-centric marketing engine. Additionally, the VP will conduct market research and analysis, and equip marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams with necessary collateral and training to effectively convey product value.
