Position Overview

Doppel is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Product Marketing to lead our Product Marketing function. This pivotal role will be instrumental in defining and articulating Doppel's unique value proposition in the market, driving successful product launches, supporting our demand generation campaigns, and empowering our go-to-market (GTM) teams (Sales and Customer Success) with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate will be a deep expert in product marketing craft, a strategic storyteller, and a highly collaborative cross-functional leader. You will be critical in translating our AI-native technology into compelling customer benefits, ensuring our messaging resonates, and establishing Doppel as the undisputed leader in Social Engineering Defense. This role reports to the SVP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Messaging & Positioning

  • Define and champion Doppel's core messaging, value proposition, and competitive differentiation for our AI-native Social Engineering Defense platform.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and impact across all internal and external communications.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for new product launches, features, and solutions.
  • Develop launch plans, coordinate cross-functional readiness, and ensure impactful market entry.

Sales & Customer Success Enablement

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement content for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Create compelling sales collateral (e.g., pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers) and customer-facing materials (e.g., case studies, testimonials, ROI calculators).
  • Partner closely with the Enablement Lead to bring this content to the Field.
  • Present on key topics to GTM teams.

Campaign & Content Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Brand and Demand Generation teams to guide the creation of product-specific content.
  • Ensure technical accuracy, compelling narratives, and alignment with overall brand voice and marketing objectives.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering.
  • Identify market opportunities, inform product strategy, and refine positioning.
  • Ensure Doppel maintains its leadership in the evolving SED category.

Cross-functional GTM Leadership

  • Serve as the critical link between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits.
  • Ensure a tight, continuous feedback loop between GTM teams and product development.

Pricing & Packaging

  • Develop and optimize product pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Align strategies with market demand, competitive landscape, and business objectives to maximize revenue growth.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product marketing managers.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

Performance Measurement

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a B2B SaaS technology or cybersecurity environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex go-to-market strategies and impactful product launches.
  • Deep understanding of product marketing best practices, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams.
