Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 7 years in executive leadership roles. Proven experience in managing and achieving high productivity from multi-functional marketing teams is essential. Deep expertise in brand creation and articulation, digital marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, and customer marketing is required. A strong understanding of market trends, data analytics, and customer insights for ROI tracking and agile pivoting is necessary. Demonstrated success in leveraging innovative technologies, particularly AI, to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency is a must. Budget ownership experience is also required. Experience in health technology or a similarly innovative market space is appreciated, as is experience in both public and private companies.

Responsibilities

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all enterprise and business-to-business marketing functions, shaping brand identity, and driving marketing operations to increase market presence and sales growth. This role involves designing and leading long-term enterprise marketing strategies, directing all facets of B2B marketing including demand generation, product marketing, client communications, Sales Development Representatives, and brand positioning. The VP will collaborate with executive leadership on corporate strategy, work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, and Growth Marketing to deliver a unified market message, and own market segmentation, customer lifecycle strategy, and go-to-market planning. Key responsibilities include leading the development of innovative marketing programs to elevate the brand and increase qualified leads, as well as leading and scaling a diverse, high-impact global marketing organization. Within the first 90 days, the VP will create a vision for market differentiation, deliver a 2026 strategy plan for lead generation and win rates, solidify a team of high performers, create a mar-tech stack plan including AI support, and support planning for a significant market event.
