Candidates should possess 15+ years of experience in a related marketing discipline with a focus on B2B audiences, along with 5+ years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, preferably in payer marketing, Medicare Advantage, and/or health systems, and 3+ years of experience engaging directly with customers through selling, product demos, or account management. Furthermore, candidates must have experience in high-growth environments and leadership experience leading groups through strategic and planning exercises, requiring a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
The Senior Director, Product Marketing will lead a team of Product Marketing Managers responsible for individual products, Omada Insights Labs, and product roadmap development, driving sales and marketing efforts to differentiate Omada from its competitors. They will develop a channel segment marketing strategy, define and track segment KPIs, create a website strategy to reach different segments, lead brand and product strategy & GTM planning, serve as the voice of the customer for R&D and commercial teams, foster partnerships with commercial, product, and clinical teams, and lead segment QBRs to adjust plans based on data and learnings from the commercial team.
