Omada Health is seeking an experienced Product Marketing leader to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker, skilled storyteller, and experienced cross-functional operator capable of driving consensus across product, clinical, and commercial teams. The ideal candidate will lead a team to synthesize market feedback, understand business buyers and their processes, support product roadmap development, and drive sales and marketing efforts to differentiate Omada from its competitors. Responsibilities also include developing a channel segment marketing strategy, defining and tracking segment KPIs, and creating a website strategy to reach different segments.
This is a "player-coach" role where you will lead a team of Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) responsible for individual products (Prevention & Weight Health, Diabetes, Hypertension GLP-1s, and MSK), Omada Insights Labs, product roadmap development, and sales enablement for payer, benefit consultant, and employer audiences. This role is instrumental in driving the strategy and design of Omada’s next-generation products.
