Requirements

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Developer Relations will define and execute the global Developer Relations strategy, champion a developer-first mindset, and build a developer-centric flywheel. Responsibilities include overseeing engagement with global game developer communities, acting as a senior advocate for developers with Product and Engineering teams, and ensuring active participation in premier industry events. The role involves leading the creation and promotion of high-quality technical content, driving lighthouse integration cases, and managing a global team of Development Experience Directors, Developer Evangelists, Community & Integrations leaders, and Developer Marketing leaders. Additionally, the VP will oversee regional strategies, recruit and mentor talent, define and track KPIs, and regularly review community feedback to drive continuous improvement.
