Requirements

Candidates must possess 8+ years of program management experience in enterprise technology or product development, with at least 2 years specifically in GenAI related programs. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required, along with experience managing global programs and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices. Expertise in communicating complex technical concepts and experience with developer enablement, DevOps tooling, or CI/CD ecosystems are also necessary. A background in modular or platform engineering programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Director will lead and scale complex product development programs, guiding strategy and execution to enhance product development capabilities. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end program delivery, applying Lean principles for process efficiency and continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define program goals and success metrics.
