Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have demonstrated leadership experience in product marketing, developer relations, and/or education, with a strong understanding of the developer ecosystem and a proven track record of building and scaling successful programs. Experience in the database or infrastructure space is highly desirable, and familiarity with content strategy and community building is expected.
The Head of Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and Education will be responsible for defining and leading the Audience & Content GTM strategy, co-developing and refining positioning and messaging, guiding product launches, overseeing a holistic content strategy, shaping community strategy, directing partner marketing efforts, building and managing a high-performing team, and personally contributing to strategic projects while collaborating closely with the Distribution & Ops team.
