Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Internship, co-op, capstone project, or relevant coursework involving project management, process mapping, data analysis, or operational improvement
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Slides/PowerPoint and Sheets/Excel)
Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Recent graduate or candidate with 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, healthcare administration, or process improvement (ideal for early-career role)
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Lean or process improvement concepts (e.g., value stream mapping, root cause analysis)
Experience with data or BI tools (Excel, Sheets, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.)
Experience working on cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

Support process improvement initiatives across multiple departments by helping gather requirements, map workflows, document processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with project planning and coordination, including timelines, stakeholder updates, meeting notes, and tracking action items
Participate in root cause analysis, gap assessments, and solution brainstorming sessions
Help maintain a centralized repository of process documentation, SOPs, and workflows
Contribute to change management efforts by preparing communications, training materials, and documentation
Track performance metrics and help monitor the impact of implemented improvements
Build strong cross-functional working relationships and collaborate with teams to understand current-state challenges
Support the team in promoting a culture of continuous improvement through curiosity, problem-solving, and structured thinking
