Requirements

  • Internship, co-op, capstone project, or relevant coursework involving project management, process mapping, data analysis, or operational improvement

Responsibilities

  • Support process improvement initiatives across multiple departments by helping gather requirements, map workflows, document processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with project planning and coordination, including timelines, stakeholder updates, meeting notes, and tracking action items
  • Participate in root cause analysis, gap assessments, and solution brainstorming sessions
  • Help maintain a centralized repository of process documentation, SOPs, and workflows
  • Contribute to change management efforts by preparing communications, training materials, and documentation
  • Track performance metrics and help monitor the impact of implemented improvements
  • Build strong cross-functional working relationships and collaborate with teams to understand current-state challenges
  • Support the team in promoting a culture of continuous improvement through curiosity, problem-solving, and structured thinking
