The Vet Clinic Implementation Associate will oversee the end-to-end management of large-scale projects to enhance customer experience and streamline processes. This client-facing role involves being the primary point of contact for external partners throughout the project lifecycle and acting as a liaison between engineering and business teams. Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders to set priorities, ensuring project milestones and expectations are met, and providing progress updates to executives and leadership. They will also provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders and assign project tasks based on team members' strengths, while understanding business goals and connecting them with project prioritization.
