Position Overview

The Implementation Coordinator manages projects for both new and existing clients. You will work with the client to understand objectives, set realistic expectations for meeting those objectives, and deliver and manage to a project plan. You will guide and support the client throughout the project, research and resolve issues, and deliver a project that meets expected outcomes and a high level of client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of project implementation, working with the client and internal project team.
  • Conduct kick-off meetings with every new client to review expectations and to create a written project implementation plan with milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and monitor project implementation plan in accordance with contract agreement to meet client expectations.
  • Organize, lead, and document regular client and internal project team meetings throughout implementation and post go-live to present and review project activities, establish deadlines, and keep the project on track.
  • Monitor every step of the implementation process and project progress; anticipate potential issues and manage details.
  • Ensure clients experience a high level of service by managing expectations and being responsive to their needs.
  • Communicate project status and disseminate project information to the client and internal project team.
  • Evaluate client needs, develop configurations that support business processes.
  • Define and execute on delivery and implementation plans.
  • Test and troubleshoot final system setups.
  • Provide training and end-user support during the implementation process.
  • Maintain and track issues submitted by clients.
  • Escalate client issues for resolution.
  • Share knowledge with internal team members and update documentation.

You will report to the Implementations Manager.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Project management skills and an understanding of implementation processes.
  • Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of different operating systems.
  • Track record demonstrating excellent client relationship and service skills.
  • Relationship management skills fostering good working practices with all stakeholders and clients.
  • HR experience is a plus.
