The Software Implementation Consultant should be diligent, customer-focused, agile, transparent, and a strong communicator. The applicant should expect up to 30% on-site travel to customer sites and regional meetings.
The Consultant will act as the principal liaison with the customer to implement best practices for optimized business outcomes in LTPAC settings. They will build relationships, advise on solutions and recommended business practices, and lead in-depth analysis of customer business processes, operations, and practices. Responsibilities include providing recommendations for solution configuration and enhanced business practices, translating and documenting customer expectations, leading business discovery, developing recommendations for a delivery approach, translating technical requirements, executing system configuration setup, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, partnering with internal stakeholders to create and execute implementation plans, and leading customer change management strategies.
