Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in IT systems, support, or implementation, ideally within a multi-site environment. Direct experience migrating from legacy or on-premise systems to cloud-based solutions is required, along with familiarity with Veterinary PIMS systems such as Cornerstone, AVImark, or ezyVet. Strong comfort with hardware, software, and basic networking is essential, as is the ability to manage projects and coordinate with vendors effectively. Excellent communication and documentation habits, combined with self-direction, organization, and alignment with the company's mission, are also required.
The Solutions Delivery Partner will own the migration from server-based to cloud-based PIMS, lead the centralization of key systems including phones, email hosting, antivirus, and asset tracking, provide responsive hands-on IT support across the network, oversee vendor selection, contracts, onboarding, and performance, create IT policies, SOPs, and user training materials, partner with Operations and clinic teams to gather needs and drive adoption, and maintain a 12–24 month IT roadmap aligned with the company's growth. The role also involves occasional travel to clinics for implementations and support, as well as resolving helpdesk requests from clinics and staff.
