Solutions Delivery Partner

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 Location Type: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Full-time Department: Associated Veterinary Partners - Success Center Published: 2025-06-24

Position Overview

We are building the modern veterinary platform, with 20 clinics today and plans to expand to over 40 in the next two years. We are seeking an experienced Solutions Delivery Partner to lead our IT transformation. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you will design and execute the tech roadmap, provide direct support to clinics, and build the infrastructure that scales with our growth.

The challenge involves addressing fragmented local vendors and outdated systems currently used by our clinics. You will lead the migration to a cloud-based Practice Information Management System (PIMS) across multiple locations, roll out standardized phone, email, antivirus, and device management solutions, and support core tech upgrades such as Windows 11 and hardware refreshes. Additionally, you will manage all IT vendors and budgets, while resolving helpdesk requests from clinics and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Own the migration from server-based to cloud-based PIMS.
  • Lead the centralization of key systems: phones, email hosting, antivirus, and asset tracking.
  • Provide responsive, hands-on IT support across the network.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contracts, onboarding, and performance.
  • Create IT policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user training materials.
  • Partner with Operations and clinic teams to gather needs and drive adoption.
  • Maintain a 12–24 month IT roadmap aligned with our growth.
  • Travel occasionally to clinics for implementations and support (10–20%).

You will report to the leadership team and have full ownership of our IT platform buildout. This is an ideal role for someone who has been the "go-to tech operator" at a fast-growing organization or aspires to be.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT systems, support, or implementation, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • Direct experience migrating from legacy/on-premise to cloud-based systems.
  • Veterinary PIMS knowledge (e.g., Cornerstone, AVImark, ezyVet) is a significant plus.
  • Comfort with hardware, software, and basic networking.
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation habits.
  • Self-directed, organized, and mission-aligned.

Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
  • 401(k) with up to 6% company match
  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance
  • 100% Remote work with opportunities for in-person collaboration
