Responsibilities

  • As a UX/UI expert for Adobe Experience Cloud (especially Adobe Experience Manager), lead customer companies' digital experience strategies and improve UX/UI quality across projects
  • Build and practice efficient design workflows using Figma's latest features (Dev Mode, Auto Layout, Grid, Component, Variables, Variant, etc.) and optimized handoff processes with development teams
  • Promote modern website design for various screen sizes based on responsive design and frontend technology knowledge
  • Provide consulting services on building and operating design systems to support customer brand consistency and development efficiency
  • Lead omnichannel customer experience design, designing and implementing consistent UX across Web, mobile apps, push notifications, etc
  • Formulate design and content strategies for global sites, building UX/UI designs considering international usability, accessibility, multi-language, and localization
  • Promote automation and efficiency using AI technologies, transforming existing UX/UI processes
  • Establish and improve quality evaluation processes and continuous improvement cycles in the UX/UI phase
  • Support large-scale development (teams of 10+ members) through collaboration with global development teams
