Requirements

Experience in product design, preferably in the security or tech industry
Strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to define problems from a user-centered perspective

Responsibilities

Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and executives
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product designs
Work with design systems and accessibility tools to ensure design is accessible and usable
Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design standards
Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to improve design quality and consistency
Stay up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge
