Requirements
- Experienced product designer with expertise in making things usable beyond aesthetics
- Ability to apply GenAI via LLM in offensive security testing offerings, specifically Pentest as a Service and AI Red Teaming product lines
- Ownership of all parts of the design process: problem definition, vision, approach, decisions, interaction design, user research, and usability testing
- Work closely with product managers and engineers (primarily based in the US and the Netherlands) to drive the product forward
- Creative, innovative, with strong organizational skills to plan and execute initiatives improving overall product experience
- Located in Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Boston, MA; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC, and surrounding metropolitan areas (for occasional in-person interactions)
