Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Direct and guide management and hourly associates on customer service by modeling behaviors, resolving issues, building relationships, and providing information
  • Drive financial performance by managing sales, wages, expenses; assisting store manager; creating budgets; and forecasting based on trends and needs
  • Participate in and lead community outreach, maintain relationships, represent the company, and promote programs, events, and sustainability efforts
  • Direct facility operations by setting service standards, developing merchandise presentation, ensuring inventory and pricing, executing programs, and overseeing safety and quality
  • Provide supervision and development for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, delegation, and ensuring diversity
  • Execute business plans and projects by identifying needs, communicating priorities, removing obstacles, providing resources, measuring progress, and developing contingencies
  • Promote and support company policies, ethics, and integrity by training others and ensuring compliance
  • Evaluate and improve business plans, programs, and initiatives; consult stakeholders; apply suggestions for efficiency; and support community events
