The Store Lead will direct and guide management and hourly associates in customer service, resolve customer issues, drive financial performance by achieving sales and expense targets, participate in community outreach, oversee facility operations, provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, execute business plans and projects, and ensure quality assurance and safety standards are met.
