Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Communicate goals and manage staffing/scheduling to implement business plan and achieve facility goals
  • Manage daily HR office administrative functions (benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, payroll) by executing recruiting/staffing initiatives and addressing employment concerns
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies by reviewing/managing HR documents, implementing HR systems, and researching HR issues
  • Maintain quality/safety standards by training associates on policies/procedures, monitoring compliance, and distributing documentation
  • Identify and resolve associate/customer/supplier concerns by listening, consulting, and recommending corrective actions
  • Supervise/develop associates/leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, modeling policies, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring/promotion/coaching/evaluation
  • Manage/coordinate training (e.g., orientation, CBL modules, web-based, virtual classroom) by identifying needs, monitoring completion, facilitating courses, and ensuring compliance with schedules/deadlines
  • Coordinate job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing improvements, and promoting continuous learning
  • Provide supervision/development opportunities by hiring/training/mentoring associates, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting belonging mindset
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via action plans, utilize Open Door Policy, and provide guidance on business processes
