Must reside in Southern Virginia, Southern West Virginia, Eastern Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina or Georgia
5–7 years of training or multi-unit retail leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Strong analytical skills to assess needs and evaluate training impact
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to influence across levels, including indirect/dotted-line relationships
Proven success implementing national learning programs that drive performance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and adaptable to change
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Significant travel is required to support in-person training, workshops, and market visits
Responsibilities
Deliver national training programs including TM Onboarding, General Manager Onboarding, Field Leadership Onboarding, New Store Opening Training, and leadership development
Conduct in-market, classroom, and virtual training sessions
Support onboarding of field TMs as needed
Analyze regional performance using key performance indicators
Consult with regional leaders to identify training opportunities and recommend solutions
Influence field leaders to align with national training strategy and standards, while balancing regional needs
Engage with regional leaders through business rhythms (conference calls, meetings, market visits)
Build training content for regional and national programs
Support CAM and CSM training as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders on the design and deployment of field training, communications, SOPs, and job aids
Coordinate logistics for in-region field training workshops, including hotel selection, food and beverage ordering, and on-site setup
Partner with Procurement to secure hotel contracts and manage vendor relationships
Arrange travel for team members attending workshops or training events as needed
Manage workshop budgets and ensure cost-effective planning aligned with company guidelines
Manage training-related expenses within assigned budgets
