The Software Implementation Consultant will serve as the principal liaison with customers, translating customer expectations and business processes to ensure successful implementation. They will lead detailed business discovery, develop recommendations for solution configuration, and provide counsel on best practices. The Consultant will establish and maintain strong customer relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and contribute to implementation approaches that drive customer value. Furthermore, they will document customer requirements and collaborate with the project team to achieve optimal business outcomes within LTPAC settings.
