Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in Trust & Safety, customer service, fraud operations, user experience, or fulfillment. A positive, customer-first attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities are essential. Experience with social media, parcel delivery, marketplace sellers, vendors, payment processors, fraud operations, e-commerce, and customer-facing systems like Zendesk is preferred. A 4-year degree is a plus, and availability to work weekends and holidays is required. Knowledge of collectibles is also a plus.
Trust and Risk Agents will review suspicious behavior daily to protect users and prevent financial losses, while working quickly and thoroughly to meet interdepartmental SLAs. They will conduct in-depth transaction reviews, identify trends for mitigation, and communicate with customers regarding trust and risk inquiries. Responsibilities include providing inbound email and chat support, investigating sensitive cases, collaborating with other departments, managing backlogs, monitoring key metrics, and representing the company with integrity.
