Responsibilities

Develop and maintain internal operational processes
Document SOPs and templates
Ensure compliance with ISO/CMMI standards
Manage risk tracking
Assist with project-level financial activities, including budgeting, invoicing, burn-rate reviews, and reporting
Support QASP compliance, contract transitions, and operational audits
Maintain operational systems and documentation repositories
Prepare deliverables and executive reports
Provide day-to-day support across business operations
Lead smaller task orders or project efforts as needed
