Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/private equity, business operations, marketplace operations, or high-growth SaaS
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets fluency required)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional execution
  • Clear, structured communicator who can influence across teams and leadership levels
  • Strong business judgment with experience in marketplaces, logistics, or transaction-driven businesses
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — energized by ambiguity and building structure in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives that expand the Shop Network’s reach, efficiency, and profitability
  • Contribute to Shop Network strategy including pricing, vendor economics, long-range (3-year) planning, and marketplace expansion
  • Develop and validate business cases for new offerings, incentives, and growth programs
  • Help launch new products and initiatives that accelerate marketplace adoption and revenue growth
  • Partner with Product and Partnerships on supply-demand strategy and customer activation programs
  • Identify and implement programs to activate Fleetio customers and increase MSN participation
  • Build better systems and processes across the customer lifecycle — from sales and onboarding through post-activation success
  • Streamline workflows between operations, support, finance, and GTM to enhance customer experience
  • Own performance dashboards, define KPIs, and monitor business health and leading indicators
  • Prepare insights and recommendations for executive and board-level discussions
  • Collaborate with MSN and other functional leadership to set annual and quarterly priorities
