Requirements

4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/private equity, business operations, marketplace operations, or high-growth SaaS
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets fluency required)
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional execution
Clear, structured communicator who can influence across teams and leadership levels
Strong business judgment with experience in marketplaces, logistics, or transaction-driven businesses
Entrepreneurial mindset — energized by ambiguity and building structure in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

Lead and support cross-functional initiatives that expand the Shop Network’s reach, efficiency, and profitability
Contribute to Shop Network strategy including pricing, vendor economics, long-range (3-year) planning, and marketplace expansion
Develop and validate business cases for new offerings, incentives, and growth programs
Help launch new products and initiatives that accelerate marketplace adoption and revenue growth
Partner with Product and Partnerships on supply-demand strategy and customer activation programs
Identify and implement programs to activate Fleetio customers and increase MSN participation
Build better systems and processes across the customer lifecycle — from sales and onboarding through post-activation success
Streamline workflows between operations, support, finance, and GTM to enhance customer experience
Own performance dashboards, define KPIs, and monitor business health and leading indicators
Prepare insights and recommendations for executive and board-level discussions
Collaborate with MSN and other functional leadership to set annual and quarterly priorities
