Candidates should have 1+ years of outbound full-cycle sales experience with an emphasis on software sales, including closing experience, prior experience as an SDR/BDR, or experience with sourcing opportunities, consistent performance in bookings and pipeline creation, experience in executing deals created through both marketing demand and self-sourced opportunities (referrals and cold calling), a self-starter mentality, willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a defined territory, and experience working with a large tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.). Strong presentation and demonstration skills, both in person and virtually, and an enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment where top of funnel activity is a high priority are also required.
The Community Safety Account Executive will play a key role in helping the Flock grow by focusing on a single market, owning demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle sales, primarily targeting Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Property Management Groups. They will be responsible for developing new business within a defined territory using outbound sales strategies, building a list of over 100 contacts for prospecting, connecting with onboarding buddies and scheduling shadow calls/demos, and presenting a territory plan of attack within the first 30 days. Additionally, they will connect with top contacts and begin building relationships to support the company's goal of reducing crime in the United States by 25% in the next three years.
