The Opportunity

This role is for a self-motivated sales professional looking to sell innovative technology that solves crime. Flock is seeking an Account Executive to join our Community Safety sales team, focusing on a specific market. This position will be responsible for demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle sales, with a primary customer base of Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Property Management Groups.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound full-cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on software sales and closing deals.
  • Prior experience as an SDR/BDR or experience sourcing sales opportunities.
  • Proven track record of consistent performance in bookings and pipeline creation.
  • Experience closing deals generated from both marketing demand and self-sourced opportunities (referrals, cold calling).
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results within a defined territory.
  • Demonstrated experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business.
  • Proficiency with a large tech stack, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills, adaptable to both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Enjoyment of a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment where top-of-funnel activity is prioritized.
  • A consultative sales approach focused on solving customer problems.
