5+ years of experience in transport logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and experience using JIRA and Notion
Solid understanding of import/export and customs regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Responsibilities

Develop and implement transport and supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Monitor and analyze key logistics metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure operational excellence
Align transportation strategies with overall supply chain objectives by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
Negotiate and manage long-term contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure competitive pricing and service quality
Establish and track KPIs to evaluate and improve vendor and carrier performance
Proactively resolve logistics issues including cross-border challenges, supply chain disruptions, and risk scenarios
Build strategic partnerships with logistics providers to enhance capacity planning and delivery reliability
Oversee accurate and compliant documentation, including freight bills, manifests, and customs records
Prepare high-level transport performance and cost efficiency reports for senior leadership
Lead transport forecasting aligned with business growth and demand trends
Implement best practices in document handling and regulatory compliance
