Responsibilities

  • Manage BenchSci’s total rewards strategy, implementing innovative solutions in compensation philosophy/frameworks, recommendation practices, cycles, and transparency
  • Administer and manage the employee stock option program (ESOP), including refresh programs and employee education
  • Manage global benefits and retirement philosophies, administering programs across multiple geographies (including EOR employees)
  • Lead annual retirement and fringe benefits reviews, recommendations, and implementations
  • Own employee education and internal marketing of total rewards programs to increase adoption, understanding, and satisfaction
  • Oversee accommodation programs, including leave of absence policies and cases, ensuring positive experiences
  • Administer and improve cyclical compensation events (e.g., pay equity, comp philosophy training, comp reviews) and support job architecture/workforce planning
  • Own mobility policy and philosophy, acting as SME for Talent Acquisition, Talent Business Partners, and leaders
  • Manage employee mobility cases end-to-end, applying policy consistently with positive stakeholder experiences
  • Ensure work eligibility compliance across geographies (e.g., SIN Tracking, I-9 Verification, right-to-work checks)
  • Partner on compliance with audit standards/legislation, completing required filings
