  • Ability to design employee education, financial wellness programs, and multi-channel communication strategies
  • Proficiency in operational processes, audits, budgeting, and M&A integration

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and recommend retirement program enhancements for competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with company philosophy
  • Monitor legislative changes, industry trends, and best practices; recommend program modifications
  • Communicate benefit programs effectively to employees and leadership
  • Manage relationships and contracts with retirement plan vendors, consultants, and service providers
  • Design and implement employee education initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and digital resources
  • Develop communication strategies to enhance program awareness and support enrollment/onboarding
  • Partner on financial literacy and retirement planning education
  • Ensure operational excellence through audits, quality controls, and system integrations (ADP, recordkeeper, Workday)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize program delivery
  • Handle budget planning, cost tracking, and invoice approvals
  • Provide M&A due diligence and integration support
  • Lead 401(k) Plan, Executive Deferred Compensation Plan design, compliance, operations, and quarterly committee meetings
  • Execute plan, investment, and provider changes; manage plan documents, testing, filings, and audits
  • Oversee RRSP/DPSP design, compliance, operations, governance meetings, and documentation
