Candidates must possess a BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of progressive experience in compensation, specifically in executive and equity compensation. Expert-level analytical skills in Google Sheets or similar, a deep understanding of executive and equity plan design, and experience with equity budgeting and dilution analysis are required. Experience interfacing with stock administration teams and exposure to emerging, high-growth tech companies are preferred. The ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
The Executive & Equity Compensation Manager will lead the design and execution of executive and equity compensation programs, serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor. This role involves overseeing Compensation Committee meeting preparation, ensuring data integrity, and managing regulatory filings through rigorous data analysis. Additionally, the manager will educate the team on compensation programs, lead change management for new initiatives, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Stock Administration to streamline processes and enhance compensation systems.
