Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and create healthy relationships with customers
  • Generate & Achieve Sales Turnover according to set objectives
  • Focus on existing accounts and visit other customers with an aim of acquiring new customers
  • Analyze and monitor sales and sales data
  • Design territory business plan
  • Implement territory business plan - Specific activities for specific accounts
  • Retain and develop current customers
  • Plan activities according to sales data insights
  • Acquire new customers and develop customers
  • Deliver differentiated marketing messages based on customer segmentation
  • Organize or support educational/Training events
  • Build and maintain a sustainable network
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned region to generate new business for acute products
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Market Intelligence (communicate competitive activities and customer needs to supervisor)
  • Handle complaints according to guidelines given
  • Collect information from customers, peers, competitors and put it into an intelligent structure (direct or indirect)
  • Coordinate with sales, Marketing, logistics, and finance team for quick customer services
