The Territory Sales Manager should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in pull-through building product sales. Proven success in growing sales through developing new business, superior interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate activities and achieve initiatives are required. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook 365, and experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is also necessary.
This role involves representing, promoting, and selling Westlake Royal Building Products’ stone products – Cultured Stone®, Eldorado Stone®, Dutch Quality Stone®, StoneCraft®, and Kindred Outdoor™ – within the assigned territory of Iowa, Kansas, Western Missouri, and Nebraska. The Territory Sales Manager will develop and maintain territory plans to achieve company and regional initiatives, arrange demonstrations and training sessions, participate in local trade association events, and collaborate with team members and other Westlake sales employees. Additionally, the role requires managing key metrics, interpreting data, recommending improvements, submitting sales reports, and understanding installation procedures according to CMHA. The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, traveling approximately 25% to 50% of the time, and ensuring insurability and a valid US state driver’s license.
