The Territory Manager Market Support role is designed to cover for Territory Managers while they work on projects, with an expectation to transition to a full Territory Manager position in approximately 9 to 12 months, as approved by sales leadership.
This is not a remote position; it involves frequently working outside the office in the field visiting customers in variable weather and temperature conditions, driving a motor vehicle to customers and prospects, and may include lifting up to 75lbs.
Minimum qualifications include 1+ year of sales experience preferred, foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to build relationships and cold call, exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, competitive spirit, results-driven mentality, and problem-solving/organization abilities.
