Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in courier, logistics, or related industries
  • Fluent in Greek, proficient in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Conducting targeted outbound calls to potential customers to present XP Courier’s services and understand their specific needs
  • Identifying and qualifying new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and referrals
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and long-term cooperation
  • In-depth understanding of XP Courier’s services, pricing policy, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to potential clients
  • Recording performance data and generating reports to track key sales KPIs (e.g., number of calls, conversion rates, new leads, closed deals) with the aim of continuously improving performance
  • Logging and updating all sales activities, contacts, and opportunities through the company’s CRM system
  • Following up with clients after initial contact to close deals and address any remaining questions or concerns
  • Gathering insights and feedback from the market and competitors to support the development of effective sales strategies
