Experience with digital transformation, marketing automation, and CRM/ERP/OSS/BSS systems is highly desirable, and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

The role involves leading high-impact B2B sales and marketing transformation projects for global clients in the technology and communications sector, overseeing end-to-end project delivery and client relationship management. Responsibilities include shaping go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, partner ecosystems, sales and marketing process definition, and KPI delivery. This includes leading the development of the sales and marketing vertical, providing market insights, and collaborating with executive leadership. The role also entails leading multi-disciplinary consulting teams, managing project planning, resource allocation, and ensuring high-quality outcomes within timelines and budgets. Client delivery involves managing stakeholder relationships, translating client needs into actionable strategies across sales, marketing, and customer experience, and defining/implementing frameworks for lead generation, ABM, and targeting. Advising on MarTech and CRM performance, marketing activity analysis, sales force assessment, process improvements, customer experience enhancement, and performance management are also key duties, alongside benchmarking industry operating models and digital transformation initiatives. Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams is crucial for project execution.
