Responsibilities

  • Owning overall customer segment strategy spanning product, marketing, sales, experience, and clinical
  • Setting measurable OKRs for the customer segment team and supporting cross-functional partners to optimize retention and consumer health outcomes
  • Shaping high-quality analyses and deliverables that clearly frame objectives, issues/challenges, and articulate compelling, insightful findings, conclusions, and recommendations
  • Diving deep on Humana and competitor Medicare Advantage product designs and making recommendations for enhancing/degrading benefits to optimize the value proposition to consumers
  • Developing hypothesis to be validated or refined through targeted research and analysis, overseeing industry, competitor, and financial analyses to support segment strategies
  • Conducting interviews, working sessions, and report-outs with leaders across the company and preparing executive presentations
  • Working collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders across the company
  • Effectively leading and developing junior members of the team
